The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:
Deborah Nickel, four counts of giving a worthless check of less than $500.
Allison Shults, three counts of making a false writing, theft of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000; defendant appeared on bond and is indigent, attorney David Harger appointed, bond to continue; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 3.
Gail L. Leighty, three counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant appeared from the summons and waived counsel at this time, summons continued; arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 10.
Michael S. Nelson, three counts of violation of a protective order; defendant appeared on bond and indigent, court appointed attorney Donald Snapp, bond to continue; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 24.
Cory Helmstead, burglary, theft of less than $1,000, criminal damage to property less than $500; defendant appeared from summons and is indigent, court appointed attorney Snapp, summons continued, as a condition, defendant is to have no contact with Dillon Wildin and Sean Southard; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 3.
James D. Parmley, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, unlawful discharge of a firearms, disorderly conduct; count two diversion, counts one and three dismissed with prejudice.
Clifton Richmond, domestic battery; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 9.
Michael L. Bass, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 9.
Austin Wade Evans, criminal restraint, endangering a child less than 18 years of age, battery; bond appearance hearing held, upon motion of county attorney, matter dismissed without prejudice, costs assessed to the state.
Christina L. Anderson, sale etc. of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, no drug tax, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, speed, unlawful acts with vehicle, no liability insurance on vehicle; sentencing hearing held, defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days for count four in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, defendant placed on immediate supervised probation for one year with community services officer, probation is subject to all standard terms/conditions with following special conditions: defendant to pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, and booking fee of $45, court waived court appointed attorney fees.
