Michael Sullivan, burglary, theft by deception, four counts of criminal damage to property; defendant pleads no contest to counts one and three; found guilty of count one and three; remaining charges dismissed; court services officer to prepare pre-sentencing investigation; sentencing at 11 a.m. Sept. 18.

Peterson, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant pleads no contest to count two; found guilty of one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and court dismissed count one with prejudice; sentenced to 60-day controlling sentence in the custody of the county sheriff for count two; immediate supervised probation with CSO for one year, probation can be unsupervised after six months if defendant is doing well; pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and KBI lab fee of $400, if assessed; all fees to be paid in full within term of probation.

John W. Herrick III, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Oct. 10.

Brent E. Rauh, robbery, battery causing rude physical contact; charges dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Dennis Britton, disorderly conduct; defendant pleads no contest; defendant found guilty and sentenced to a 30-day controlling sentence in the custody of the county sheriff; immediate unsupervised probation for six months; required to pay court costs of $128, booking fee of $45, court-appointed attorney fees; all fees to be paid in full within 90 days.

Vincent C. Madron, criminal restraint, battery causing bodily harm; count one dismissed without prejudice, defendant to enter into diversion for count two,

John W. Darnall, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 180 days in the custody of the county sheriff; immediate supervised probation for 12 months with CSO; pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees; serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, pay KBI lab fee if applies; complete 20 hours of community service work.

Joseph E. Willems, DUI, driving while license suspended, fleeing or attempting to allude law enforcement officer, transporting an open container; defendant sentenced to 12 months controlling sentence for count one in the custody of the county sheriff; supervised probation with community corrections for 12 months; pay court costs of $128, fine of $1,000 for count one, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees; serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test; ordered not to enter any establishment with its primary source of income from the sale of alcohol; successfully complete alcohol information school and pay all costs; complete 20 hours of community service work, cannot operate a motor vehicle without providing ISO with verification of a valid driver's license, driving privileges will be suspended until further ordered by the court; cannot possess firearms or archery equipment that could be used as a weapon.

Kevin Bernhardt, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, DUI; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 60 days for count two and a controlling sentence of 60 days for count three, to be consecutive, in custody of the county sheriff; serve 48 hours in custody of sheriff; immediate supervised probation of a year with CSO; serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test; ordered not to enter any establishment with its primary income from the sale of alcohol or cereal malt beverages; complete 25 hours of community service work; shall not have contact with co-defendants; pay court costs of $128, $500 fine for count three, probation fee of $25, and booking fee of $45.

Joseph E. Willems, two counts of aggravated assault, criminal possession of a firearm, driving while license suspended; pleads guilty to charges; sentenced to 24 months with department of corrections for count one and eight months with department of corrections for count three; immediate supervised probation with community corrections for 12 months; pay $163 in court costs, $50 probation fee, $460 attorney's fees, $45 booking fee, and $200 in other fees.

Jon R. Karr, defendant plead no contest to criminal damage to property; found guilty; sentencing at 11 a.m. Sept. 18.
