Dan Foth
Dan J. Foth, 94, of Hillsboro died Nov. 6, 2002, at Hillsboro Community Medical Center in Hillsboro.
Born July 27, 1908, in Hillsboro, he was the son of Andreas and Julie (Nick) Foth.
On Nov. 27, 1932, he married Tena Lee Dahlke in Aurora, Neb. She preceded him in death in 1997.
He was a farmer and a member of Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth P. Foth Sr. of Broken Arrow, Okla.; daughters, Sylvia J. Kornelsen of Denver, Colo., and Faith Kornelsen of Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 9 at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church in rural Hillsboro with Pastor Gaylord Goertzen officiating. Burial was at Ebenfeld Cemetery in rural Hillsboro.
A memorial fund has been established with Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church.
