Dan Holub speaks to Democratic women
Dan Holub, winner of the Republican primary for second district Marion County Commission, spoke to Marion County Democratic Women Sept. 9 at their lunch meeting at McGillicuddy's Restaurant, Marion.
Linda Peterson reported on the Demofest she attended. The speaker was social critic Thomas Frank, author of "What's the Matter with Kansas?" Peterson has an autographed copy of the book.

National convention of Democratic women will be in Kansas City in 2005.
The next meeting of the Democratic women will be at noon Oct. 14 at McGillicuddy's Restaurant.
