Don Bezdek
Don Bezdek, 64, of Hillsboro, died March 13, 2007, at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita.
Born June 3, 1942, at Marion, he was the son of Mike and Georgia (Urbanek) Bezdek.
On May 1, 1961, he married Irene Brunner at Marion.
He was a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Irene of Hillsboro; two daughters, Lisa and Mike Salsgiver of Wichita and Angela Bezdek Larsen of Salina; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Hillsboro United Methodist Church with Pastor Nancy Douglas officiating.
Burial was in Haven of Rest Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.
Memorial funds have been established with the VA Hospital or Hillsboro American Legion flag lighting fund.
