Elfrieda Warkentin-Zehr
Elfrieda J. Warkentin-Zehr, 88, of North Newton, died Aug. 15, 2002.
Survivors include daughter, Janice Langford of Newton; son, James R. Warkentin of Lucerne Valley, Calf.; brother, Waldo Fleming of Reedley, Calif.; sisters, Wilma Epp of Hillsboro and Francis Roth of Newton; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Services were held Monday at First Mennonite Church in Newton.
Memorials have been established with the American Diabetes Association and St. Jude children's Hospital in c/o of Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.
