Elma Fisher
Elma Fisher, 93, of Hillsboro, died Dec. 5, 2002, at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.
Born June 8, 1909, at rural Durham, she was the daughter of Jacob and Kathrine (Snell) Miller.
On March 17, 1930, she married Dan Fisher at Herington. He preceded her in death in 1953. She worked at Tip Top Dairy in production and was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Hillsboro.
Survivors include son, Larry Fisher and wife Judi of Salina; sister Hannah Ollenburger of Hillsboro; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lyndon Decker officiating. Burial was at Durham Park Cemetery in rural Durham.
