Engelken and Will married in summer ceremony

Leah Marie Engelken and Jamin Davis Will were united in marriage June 19, 2004, at First Congregational Church in Centralia with Rev. Tom Rees officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Frank and Linda Engelken, Centralia. Parents of the groom are Dr. Jerry and Ann Will, Emporia.

Elizabeth Engelken, Emporia, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's sisters, Kara Engelken and Bonnie Engelken of Centralia and Gina Geer, Clarksville, Tenn.

Best man was Joshua Will, Kansas City, Mo., brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Thaddeous Davidson, Emporia; Dax Lewis, Burlingame; and Stone Junod, brother-in-law of the groom, Salina. Ushers were David Seastrom, Topeka and Briar Connor, Manhattan.

Cassidy Haufler, Centralia, the bride's niece, was the flower girl. Hunter Haufler, Centralia, nephew of the bride, and James Junod, Salina, nephew of the groom, were ring bearers. Alexis Engelken, St. George, and Kathleen Haufler, Centralia, nieces of the bride, were candle lighters.

A special guest was Irene Will, Linton, N.D., grandmother of the groom.

Singers were Joshua Engelken, St. George, brother of the bride; Ivy LaGrone, Topeka, and Holly Haufler, Centralia, sisters of the bride. The pianist was Julie Gleason, Centralia.

The bride's personal attendant was her sister, Holly Haufler, Centralia. Elana LaGrone, Topeka, niece of the bride, and Braden Geer, Clarksville, Tenn., nephew of the bride, were bubbles and rose petals attendants.

Flower attendants were Tiffany Engelken, St. George, sister-in-law of the bride, and Jennifer Junod, Salina, sister of the groom.

Guest book attendants were Leah Nordhus and Molly Williams, both of Manhattan. Nikki Burch, Emporia, was the program attendant. Janelle Stockwell, Overland Park, was the wedding coordinator.

Immediately following the wedding, a dinner and dance were held at Centralia Area Community Center. Cake servers were Brandi Meade and Jamie Meade, Topeka, and Becky Alverson and Sarah Burdiek, Manhattan.

The bride, a graduate of Centralia High School, is a student at Wichita State University, studying management information systems. She expects to graduate in May 2005. She is the project administrator at Smith Construction, Wichita.

The groom, a graduate of Burlingame High School, graduated from Emporia State University with a bachelor's of science in accounting and from Kansas State University with a master's in accountancy. He works for Ethanol Products, LLC, Wichita, in accounting services.

The couple took a cruise to San Juan, St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, and Aruba for their honeymoon.
