Funks to observe 50th years ago
Kenneth and Bonnie Funk of rural Hillsboro will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary July 8 with family and friends.
They also enjoyed a 14-day trip to California and other points of interest in January.
Kenneth Funk and Bonnie Schafer were married June 16, 1957, at First Mennonite Church, Hillsboro.
He is a farmer/stockman and she is a homemaker and community volunteer.
The couple has one son, Kent of Robinson and a special niece, Cindy Friesen of St. John.
