Goldie Bartel
Goldie Bartel, 91, of Goessel died Oct. 16, 2002, at Bethesda Home.
Born Nov. 12, 1910, in Enid, Okla., she was the daughter of Nick and Anna (Wiens) Regier.
On Jan. 12, 1933, at Marion, she married Waldo Bartel. He died in 1976.
She had been a home maker all her life and was a member of Trinity Mennonite Church.
Survivors include son Lee Bartel of Newton, a daughter Naomi Gisi of Salina, brother Leo Regier of Marion, seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son Arthur in 1967.
Services were held Saturday at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel with burial at Haven of Rest Cemetery in rural Hillsboro.
