Heidi Buller and Timothy Huber exchange wedding vows Dec. 18 years ago

Heidi Helene Buller of Hesston and Timothy J. Huber of South Hutchinson were married Dec. 18, 2004, at Whitestone Mennonite Church of Hesston.

The bride is the daughter of Christine and John Buller of Hesston and the granddaughter of Roland and Margaret Johnson of Hershey, Neb., and Hilda Buller of Goessel. The groom is the son of Lois and Jay Huber of South Hutchinson and the grandson of Kathryn Friesen and Violet Huber, both of South Hutchinson.

Pastor Howard Keim of Hesston officiated the double-ring ceremony. Other clergy included Michael Williams of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Renae Johnson of Lincoln, Neb.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her parents. Her maid of honor was Erica Buller of Marion, sister of the bride. The best man was Jon Huber of South Hutchinson, brother of the groom.

Musicians were Arlin Buller, trumpet, North Newton; Carol Sprunger, piano, Wichita; Christopher Dick and Christine Crouse-Dick, Newton; Pauline Buller, chorister, Hillsboro.

Taper lighters were Jessica Bruyr, Emporia, and Talashia Yoder, Middlebury, Ind. Gift attendant was Kristin Kontchakowsky, Tenerife, Canary Islands. Guestbook attendant was Jenny Goertzen, Walton.

Ushers were Matthew Stiles from South Hutchinson, Landon Fulmer from Washington, D.C., Jason Hiebert from Buhler, David Penner from Hillsboro, and Matthew Regier from Kansas City.

Malinda Just and Katie Keimig, both of Hillsboro handed out programs. The coordination assistant was Jessica Maroz of Newton.

A dessert reception was hosted by Annette and Joe Fenton of Hesston and held following the candlelight ceremony in the fellowship hall of Whitestone Mennonite Church.

The bride attended Tabor College and is employed as the manager of Ten Thousand Villages in Newton.

The groom attended Tabor College and is employed by The Newton Kansan.

Following a wedding trip to New York City, the couple resides in Newton.
