HHS seniors graduate

Hillsboro High School gymnasium was filled Sunday afternoon as 51 seniors filed in to the sound of "Pomp and Circumstance."
Senior class president Caleb Marsh welcomed the crowd. Allison Kunkel gave the invocation and salutatory address.
Spirit-N-Celebration, directed by David Clark, performed "Friends."
Valedictorian Katie Fast addressed family and guests with her valedictory speech, finishing with "May God help you make a difference in the world."
Senior speakers Michael Bookless, Brodie Unrau, and Aaron Yoder presented a commentary and video highlighting memorable events from the group's 12 years of school.
Academic awards and scholarships were presented.
Hillsboro High School principal Dale Honeck, superintendent of schools Gordon Mohn, and USD 410 board president Brent Barkman awarded diplomas to the graduates.
Brian Bostic gave the benediction and the graduates of the class of 2004 filed from the gym to the music of the Hillsboro High School band.
