Davey and Mona Hein hosted a picnic at their home Saturday evening. Those attending included Marj and Marvin Rediker, Clara Bartel, Elizabeth Ringering, Stella Rosfeld, and Ernie Unruh. They enjoyed watermelon and crullers.
Residents played ring toss Monday morning and bingo in the afternoon. The book "Sod and Stubble," was read after bingo.
A coffee social was held Tuesday afternoon. Father John Baize came to read in the evening.
Elaine Jantzen and Lavonne Calam led the sing-along Wednesday afternoon.
Residents made a salad for the Thursday noon buffet. Sandy Patterson, RN, led the Red Hat Society in the afternoon. The men went for a ride around the reservoir.
Residents played Baggo Friday morning and bingo Saturday afternoon.
Family and friends gathered Saturday to celebrate Joel and Goldie's 60th wedding anniversary in the chapel.
John Ratzlaff led Sunday school Sunday morning. Hillsboro MB Church was in charge of the afternoon worship service.
