Hubert Lambert
Hubert Elmer Lambert, 92, died Oct. 30, 2005, at Legacy Park, Peabody.
Born May 20, 1913, at Elbing, he was the son of Elmer and Hattie (Guinty) Lambert.
He was a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and first wife, Bernice Lambert who died in 1993.
Survivors include his wife, Opal of Peabody; three stepsons, Larry Winter of Newton, Harry Winter of Walton, and Gary Winter of Wichita; two daughters, Judy Guy of Clancy, Mont., Pam Rose of Mesa, Ariz.; three stepdaughters, Sharon Spangler of Douglass, Melody Grosse of Walton, and Koni Yoder of Peabody; sister, Lucille Patterson of Henderson, Nev.; four grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Peabody Christian Church with Pastor Jim Pohlman officiating.
Burial was in Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
A memorial fund has been established with Legacy Park, Alzheimer's Unit, Peabody.
