Irene Frantz
Irene Lucille Frantz, 79, of Hillsboro died Dec. 27, 2002, at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.
Born on Nov. 3, 1923, in Tampa, she was the daughter of David and Mollie (Swimmer) Senner.
On Nov. 23, 1941, she married John B. Frantz at Durham. He died in 1998.
She was a nurse and a member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.
Survivors include a son, Terry and wife Diane Frantz of Phillipsburg; daughter, Sheryl and husband Larry Cole of Phillipsburg; brother, Larry Senner of Abilene; sisters, Martha Frantz and Ida Frantz, both of Hillsboro, Anna Mae Goertz of Durham, and Jeanette Schimming of Herington; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Monday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Mike Frantz and Pastor Clint Seibel officiating. Burial was at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery in Hillsboro.
