Scott Neufeld, 23, McPherson, driving under influence and transporting open container.
Zachariah Remmers, 20, Herington, revoke probation.
Gary Armstrong, 39, McPherson, revoke probation and failure to appear.
Kelly Foster, 20, Herington, failure to appear.
