Janet Post is contest finalist
Wichita Eagle outdoor editor Michael Pearce named Janet Post one of 15 finalists Sunday in the newspaper's annual outdoor photography contest.
Voting for the photographs will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday on-line at the Eagle's web site, Kansas.com, or at the Wichita Eagle booth at Kansas Sport, Boat and Travel Show at Kansas Coliseum.
Voting will close at 2 p.m. Saturday and the winners will be announced on the Outdoor page in the Sunday Wichita Eagle.
Post submitted a photo of a strutting turkey.
She is a regular contributor to the Peabody Gazette-Bulletin and other Hoch Publishing Co. publications.
