John Beltz

John Gordon Beltz, 60, of Hillsboro, died May 17, 2007, at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita.

Born Aug. 11, 1946, at Goessel, he was the son of Clifford and Jo Hanna (Richert) Beltz.

He was a member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Jo Hanna Beltz of Hillsboro; and a sister, Rita Jo Johnson of Bakersfield, Calif.

Funeral services were Monday morning at Trinity Mennonite Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Clint Seibel officiating.

Burial was in Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with the Diabetes Association.
