Karl C. Reimer, 100, of Goessel, died Jan. 18, 2008.
Born Nov. 27, 1907, near Canton, he was the son of Cornelius and Susie (Voth) Reimer.
He was a farmer and custodian at in the Hillsboro school system, post office, and credit union for many years.
On Sept. 8, 1934, he married Rachel Banman at Goessel.
He was a member of Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, Goessel.
He was preceded in death by one granddaughter; one great-grandson; nine brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel of Goessel; three daughters, Darlene Schmidt of Newton, Ruth Warkentin of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Velma Schuessler of Sedgwick; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church. Burial was in the church cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with Bethesda Home, Goessel.
