Legion national commander to visit Hillsboro
The national commander of the American Legion is coming to Hillsboro for breakfast.
As part of a three-day tour of Kansas, Paul A. Morin of Chicopee, Mass., will visit Hillsboro American Legion Post #366 from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 9 a.m. on Sept. 27. Hillsboro is one of 16 posts Morin is scheduled to visit in the state.
Morin is a Vietnam veteran of the U. S. Army, and a member of Aldenville, Mass. American Legion Post #337.
Morin is on leave from his position as superintendent of the Massachusetts Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, Mass.
The public is invited to attend breakfast at the post and hear Morin speak. Reservations are suggested. Call the post after 3 p.m. at 947-3624.
