Letter: HUMC appreciates support
To the Editor:
On behalf of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church, I would like to thank you for the newspaper coverage that you provided for our "Scenes of the Easter Passion." Your help has been greatly appreciated.
We are happy to report that over 400 persons witnessed these scenes. It was our hope and prayer that persons may view these scenes, and then begin a relationship with Christ linking them with the churches in the Hillsboro, Durham and Lehigh areas.
Your journalism helped make our drama and hopes become a reality.
Thank you for your help and support of our community.
