Letter to the editor: Items accepted at recycling center change


To the Editor:

Due to occasional changes in the market, what the Hillsboro recycling center can accept does change. We now accept aluminum foil and aluminum pans as well as cans, but in a separate receptacle. We do accept cereal boxes in the dumpsters for corrugated cardboard. And our magazine dumpster accepts magazines and slick paper advertising.

We appreciate all good citizens that recycle our re-usable resources rather than dumping them in landfills.
