Linda Voth
Linda Voth, 54, of rural Newton died June 8, 2004, at Newton Medical Center in Newton.
Born June 30, 1949, in Newton, she was the daughter of Marion and Ida M. (Unruh) Nattier. On Nov. 1, 1980, she married Jerry Voth in rural Newton. He survives.
She was a homemaker, teacher, and a member of Goessel Mennonite Church.
She attended school at McLains and Suncrest and Remington High School. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Southwestern College in Winfield and taught at Lakin, Whitewater, Hesston, and Moundridge. She also worked as a loan officer at Federal Savings and Loan in Newton.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include her husband; son, J.J. Voth of the home; daughter, Carolyn of the home; sister, Beverly Fast of Moundridge; and father, Marion Nattier.
Services will take place at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Tabor Mennonite Church in rural Newton with Rev. Corey Miller officiating. Burial will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Hesston Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in Goessel. The family will greet friends from 7 to 8 p.m.
A memorial has been established at Tabor Mennonite Church.
