Main Street Ministries fundraiser is Saturday
The Tuell Family Singers, an Ozark Mountain gospel-music ensemble from Marshall, Ark., will present a full concert at a free benefit dinner in Hillsboro on June 15.
The Tuell Singers have been performing for 20 years throughout Arkansas and surrounding states and have released three albums. Harley and Buford Tuell, Marshall-area natives, formed the seven-member ensemble, which combines original well-known gospel favorites with mandolin, dobro and guitar accompaniment.
The dinner and concert will begin at 6 p.m. in the activity center of the Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, 610 S. Main in Hillsboro. Tickets are free on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a ticket, call (620) 947-3393. Opportunity will be given to donate to the work of Main Street Ministries.
