Marcella Bruce celebrates 90th birthday years ago
Family came from thousands of miles and friends came from years gone by to congratulate Marcella Bruce on her 90th birthday celebration Saturday. The lively gathering was held at Park View Homes in Hillsboro. Family members attending the celebration are from bottom left, Skip and Lois Bruce, Pratt; Don and Diana Garrett, Julian, Calif.; Bob and Anabel Bruce, Dallas, Texas; Don and Millie Lancaster, Wichita Falls, Texas; Glenn and Marcia Wiederstein, Angel Fire, N.M.; and Butch and Ruth Pyle, Topeka. The effervescent guest of honor is, of course, in the middle. "We had 136 people sign the guest book," Marcella said. "I was very touched."
