Martha Schroeder
Martha Schroeder, 100, died Dec. 10, 2006, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Jan. 2, 1906, at Burlington, Iowa, she was the daughter of George and Marie (Moehlman) Thye.
She was a nurse aide and member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.
On June 5, 1932, she married Peter Schroeder at McPherson. He died in 1989.
Survivors include a son, Gerald Schroeder of Santa Barbara, Calif.; daughter, Diane Wollman of Sioux Falls, S.D.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Trinity Mennonite Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Bruce Porter officiating.
Burial was in Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with the church.
