McGinness to celebrate 80th birthday years ago

An open house to celebrate Ed McGinness' 80th birthday will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 11 at McGillicuddy's Restaurant in Marion.

McGinness was born Aug. 11, 1922, at home on the farm at Aulne. He retired from the Marion Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service in 1987.

No gifts please.
