Those that had Sunday dinner at the home of Troy and Tonja Schmidt near Galva were Ken and Sandy Wiebe, Dalton and Lorna Wiebe, Darrin and Meri Kay Rhodes and family, Duane and Louise Ratzlaff, and Richard and Levita Mininger of Moundridge.

Wendell and Linda Wedel and Greg and Charlene Wedel were Sunday dinner guests of the Dean Beckers of Halstead. That evening, they all attended the wedding reception for Travis and Connie Becker at the Grace Mennonite Church near Halstead.

Sunday evening, Ron and Dora Unruh joined Milt and Alice Duerksen, Rudolf and Eulalia Schroeder and Marvin and Rosaline Duerksen at a McPherson restaurant for supper. They celebrated some recent birthdays.

Roy and Nadine Davis, Rhonda and Eileen went to Fairview, Okla., on Sunday to attend the wedding of a friend of the family.

Clayton and Betty Wiebe were Sunday dinner guests of Abe and Louise Ensz of rural Hillsboro. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Giesbrecht, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Ensz, and Nellie and LeAnn Penner.

Tuesday evening, the Larry Koehns and the Bruce Dirks took supper to the Richard Wiebe home. On Thursday, the Clayton Wiebes, and the Travis Koehn family took supper to the Wiebes. Charlotte Wiebe is recovering from recent surgery. Katrina Friesen, a niece of the Wiebes, came from Farwell, Texas, on Monday to help in the Wiebe home.

Bruce and Cheryl Dirks and family went to have Sunday dinner in the home of her mother, Mrs. Verna Smith, near Hutchinson. Cheryl's brothers, the Mark Smith family, the Sheldon Smith family, and the Monty Smith family, joined them. On the way home, they visited Henry Redger. In the evening, Bruce and Cheryl and Rustyn and Heath went to visit Melvin and Vera Dirks in Lehigh.

Amy Koehn and Denise Entz, teachers at the Cottonwood Grove School, and Bethany Dirks went to visit friends at Shippensburg, Pa., this weekend. Bethany went especially to visit her sister, Heather and Allen Martin.

Wednesday evening, Mark Unruh, Katelin and Sarah went to K-State to attend the women's basketball game.

Ken and Kathy Goentzel have been spending the past weeks here helping get ready for the Ben Goentzel farm sale on March 27.
