Thursday evening, Richard and Kathy Dirks went to the eighth grade promotion at Hillsboro USD 410. Their granddaughter, Audrey Weinbrenner, was one of the graduates.
Enjoying Sunday dinner in the home of Richard and Charlotte Wiebe were the Roy and Nadine Davis and family, Gerald and Eva Davis, and Dalton and Lorna Wiebe.
Harry and Lela Wedel returned from a trip to Idaho and California on Saturday evening. They left May 19 and spent the night with their granddaughter and family in Nebraska. Then they went to New Plymouth, Idaho, to spend time with Lela's brother OBed Jantz and family. At Livingston, Calif., they visited relatives of Lela's family also.
Helen Wiebe spent Sunday in the area and was a guest of Teresa Wiebe in her home. Additional guests for lunch were Ken and Sandy Wiebe and Doyle and Kara Wiebe and family.
Clayton and Betty Wiebe spent Sunday attending a Buller reunion in Moundridge.
Guests in the Jim Enns home Sunday evening were Ron and Dora Unruh, the Warren Unruh family, the Mark Unruh family, Lauren and Lou Enns, and David and Ashley Enns. This was especially to visit with Lisa Enns who was home for the week from Seattle, Wash. Refreshments of ice cream and trimmings were served by the hosts.
Sunday afternoon Ransom and Lillian Wiebe went to visit Harvey and Madeline Jantz at Moundridge. Harvey has been hospitalized recently but is somewhat improved. In the evening they visited residents at the Moundridge Manor.
The Morning Star Church will conclude their two weeks of Bible school with a program Sunday evening at the church.
Monday the Isaac Wiebe family got together at Maxwell Game Reserve for a hamburger fry and picnic supper.
Sunday evening Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Larry and Wanda Koehn, Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, and Tim and Shelia Koehn went to Brown Memorial Home near Abilene to sing for the residents.
Saturday afternoon visitors in the home of Lola Redger were her brother, Vernon and Carol Nightingale, of Carnegie, Okla. They had supper with Lola, and additional guests were Lisa Redger and Ray Redger and Kyle.
