The Parkside residents were invited to watch at video entitled "The Story Lady" on Monday afternoon.
Tuesday, a group met to play dominoes. Other residents gathered to visit and share hot coffee and treats.
Pastor Tim Kliewer was the Bible class speaker Wednesday. He spoke on the last chapter of Ruth. Fresh New Year's Cookies and coffee were served after the service.
A few residents gathered to join the Parkview Church by television for a New Year's Eve service.
New Year's Day many residents enjoyed visits with family. Residents tuned in to the Rose Bowl Parade in their rooms or on the big screen TV. New Year's cookies were served.
The Friday afternoon bingo games were called by Maryann Unruh. Rosella Thomas was the black-out winner. All players received a banana for participating.
The weekend quiz was delivered. Theater popped corn was served Saturday afternoon. First Mennonite Church brought the afternoon worship service.
