Congratulations to Marcel and Wendy Unruh o the arrival of a baby girl, Shanda, born Feb. 19. She has a brother, Joel, to welcome her. Warren and Jane Unruh are the local grandparents.

Harry and Sheryl Rhodes and Bruce and Cheryl Dirks took Sunday dinner to Richard and Charlotte Wiebe. Charlotte recently had surgery.

Sunday dinner guests at the Ransom Wiebe home were Brian and Rebecca Wiebe, Merlin and Karletta Wiebe, Kendall and Janessa, Mark and Kris Wiebe and family, Lisa Redger and five Tabor College students who had visited Sunday morning services at Morning Star Church. They were Karis Jost, Anthony Brown, Audrey Whitethorn, Ric Johnson, and Casey Toews.

Harry and Sheryl Rhodes and Larry and Wanda Koehn went to visit Duane Ratzlaff Sunday evening at a rehab center in Wichita. Ransom and Lillian Wiebe visited him Friday.

Sunday dinner guests at the home of Clayton and Betty Wiebe were the Nelson Wiebe family, Calvin Wiebe family, Travis Koehn family, and Wayne Wiebe family. The celebrated Landon's second birthday and Ross' fourth birthday. They are the sons of the Wayne Wiebes.

Jason and Sheri Wiebe spent about a week in Canada visiting relatives. They returned home Sunday afternoon and were supper guests of the Ransom Wiebes.

Sunday dinner guests at the Roy Davis home were Wendell and Linda Wedel, Abe and Louise Enz, Merlin and Karletta Wiebe, Jana and Janessa, and Anthony and Beth Wiebe.

The Clayton Wiebes and the Calvin Wiebe family spent part of Saturday at Rolling Hills museum near Salina.

Priscilla Unruh took Leland Kaiser and Marcella Unruh to Emporia to visit Robyn Pekarek and Seth.

Sunday supper guests at the home of Roy and Nadine Davis were the Calvin Wiebe family, Ken and Sandy Wiebe, Rick and LaVae Koehn, and Marcel and Wendy Unruh and family.

A bridal shower for Susie Unruh was held Tuesday evening at the Harry Wedel home. Hostesses were Monica Ratzlaff, Lorna Wiebe, Denise Koehn, and Eileen Davis.
