Congratulations to Greg and Charlene Wedel on the arrival of their baby girl. Teona Ruth was born March 12 at McPherson Memorial Hospital. She has a brother, Cadon (almost three), to welcome her. Grandparents are Dale and Kathy Jantz and Wendell and Linda Wedel.
Saturday supper guests of Teresa Wiebe were Doyle and Kara Wiebe and family and Ken and Sandy Wiebe.
Palmer and Lucille Base went to help Virgil Meyer celebrate his 90th birthday March 11 at the civic center in Abilene.
Ransom and Lillian Wiebe took their granddaughters, Kristi and Deanna Koehn to the Kansas City airport Tuesday so they could return to their home in California. The Wiebes went on to Bloomfield, Iowa, to visit the Justin Wiebe family. They returned home Thursday evening.
Sunday dinner guests of Merlin and Karletta Wiebe were Jarold and Rhonda Koehn and family, Stuart and Lea Isaac and family, Teresa Wiebe, and Lisa Redger.
Wendell and Linda Wedel went to Moundridge Manor Sunday to listen to the church services and enjoy eating dinner and visiting with Amanda Wedel.
Sunday dinner guests at the home of Larry and Wanda Koehn were Roy and Nadine Davis, Rhonda and Eileen, Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, Marlyn and Arlyn, Carol Unruh, Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and Kyran, and Henry Redger.
Calvin Wiebe, Mitchell Unruh, Charles Hiebert, and Karlyn Wiebe went to help with the rebuilding of New Orleans for a week.
Having an enjoyable dinner at the Clayton Wiebe home Sunday were Melvin and Vera Dirks, Ruston and Lydia Dirks, Bryon and Rebecca Thomas, and Jason and Sheri Wiebe and family.
Palmer and Lucille Base attended the wedding Saturday of Janell Sorenson and Matthew McKenna at the Best Western hotel in Park City. Janell is the daughter of Mike and Sharon Sorenson of Durham.
