Ransom and Lillian Wiebe hosted a hamburger dinner Monday at their home. Since it was a fairly nice day, they were able to enjoy a picnic outside. Guests were Merlin and Karletta Wiebe and girls, Anthony and Beth Wiebe, Kendall and Susie Wiebe, Mark and Kris Wiebe and family, Bryon and Rebecca Thomas and children, John, Ethel, and Randall Steiner, and Tim Davis.

Morning Star Church has been having an evening Bible school for two weeks. A program was held Friday evening.

Ron and Dora Unruh and Mark and Barb Unruh were Sunday evening guests of Jim and Brenda Enns for a hamburger fry. Additional guests were Lauren and Lou Enns, Darren Enns, and Corine Neufeld.

The Morning Star youth enjoyed playing games and a picnic supper together Monday. They were guests Tuesday evening at the home of Ransom and Lillian Wiebe for group singing and refreshments.

Monday evening supper guests of Roy and Nadine Davis were Richard and Charlotte Wiebe and Troy and Marla Wiebe and family.

Clayton and Betty Wiebe went to visit Helen Wiebe Sunday afternoon. The Calvin Wiebe family and Travis Koehn family were Monday evening supper guests.

Richard and Kathy Dirks attended Hillsboro High School graduation May 18. Their granddaughter, Audrey Weinbrenner was one of the seniors. Afterward the Doug Weinbrenners hosted a reception at their home for Audrey.

Richard and Kathy Dirks, Doug and Colleen Weinbrenner, Don and Joyce Weinbrenner, and Charlie and Pat Ford had supper together Friday evening at Wichita. They were celebrating Tyler's graduation from Tabor College. Later they attended the Jester Awards program where some of the Hillsboro students got awards and performed.

Ray and Theresa Remmers were Sunday evening guests of Richard and Kathy Dirks.

Sarah Unruh is spending this week doing volunteer work at DOOR in Denver, Colo. She went with other youth from Hillsboro.
