Moundridge Manor hosted a hamburger fry Friday evening for residents and family members. Those attending from here were Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, Ken and Sandy Wiebe, Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Roy and Nadine Davis, and Wendell and Linda Wedel.
Friday evening supper guests of Harry and Sheryle Rhodes were Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family, Ken and Shelly Giesbrecht and Taylor, Darrin and Meri Kay Rhodes and family. They celebrated Darrin and Terrell's birthday, which was Sept. 9.
Sunday dinner guests of Ken and Sandy Wiebe were Bruce and Cheryl Dirks, Heath and Bethany, Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and Kyran, Duane and Louise Ratzlaff and Rayletta, and Teresa Wiebe.
Ransom Wiebe, the Mark Wiebe family, Tim Koehn family, and Jarold Koehn family gave the Sunday service at Moundridge Manor and Mercy Hospital.
Marcella Unruh celebrated her birthday this weekend. Lola Redger and Dora Unruh took her out for breakfast Friday morning at the Main Street Café. During the weekend, family members stopped to visit and wish her well. Marlene Schroeder was a Saturday overnight guest and left Sunday morning for home.
Sunday dinner guests of Clayton Wiebe were the Calvin Wiebe family, Travis Koehn family, and Nelson Wiebe family.
The Greg Wedel family were Sunday dinner guests of the Wendell Wedels.
The Jason Wiebe family hosted a basket dinner Sunday at the school in honor of Eldred and Karla Friesen and family from Canada. Friends and relatives, including the Ron Koehn family of Burns, enjoyed the day together. Karla is Sherri's sister.
Bruce and Cheryl Dirks were Friday evening visitors of Melvin and Vera Dirks at Hillsboro.
