Troy and Marla Wiebe became the proud parents of a baby girl born to them Nov. 10 at Newton Medical Center. They named her Ashlyn Rose and she weighed 8 pounds 6 1/2 ounces. There are three brothers to welcome her home. The grandparents are Dale and Kathy Jantz and Richard and Charlotte Wiebe. Congratulations!
Rick and LaVae Koehn had Sunday dinner with her parents, Roy and Nadine Davis.
Family and friends gathered at the Warren Unruh home Sunday evening to help him celebrate his birthday. It was hosted by Anita, Nathan, Kyle, and Jenna.

Harry and Lela Wedel attended a Wedel cousin reunion Saturday at Goessel. It was a catered meal at the senior citizens center hosted by Dayton and Verda Wedel.
Ransom and Lillian Wiebe went to visit Helen Wiebe Sunday afternoon at the Manor in Moundridge. Later they stopped to visit Madelene Jantz.
The Ron Unruhs, Mark Unruhs, Warren Unruhs, and the Richard Dirks were some of those who attended the Hillsboro High School musical this weekend.
Word was received here that Betty (Redger) Koehn, 68, died Saturday afternoon at home in Walker, Mo. Services will be held Thursday afternoon. She grew up in this community.
Those who enjoyed Sunday dinner in the Larry Koehn home were Cheryl Dirks and Heath, Jarald and Rhonda Koehn and family, Dalton and Lorna Koehn and Kyran Jay, Tim and Sheila Koehn and Jared, and Carol Unruh.
Richard and Kathy Dirks, Doug and Colleen Weinbrenner and Brett, and Don and Joyce Weinbrenner went to Alva, Okla., Saturday to watch Tabor College play a basketball game there.
