Congratulations to Travis and Sharon Koehn on the arrival of daughter Jaci Nichole, born Saturday at Moundridge hospital. Jaci has two sisters and one brother to welcome her home. Grandparents are Clayton and Betty Wiebe and Larry and Wanda Koehn. The children spent Saturday with the Wiebes. On Sunday the Wiebes visited Sharon at the hospital.

Cottonwood Grove School will have their closing day program at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening. Basket dinner and play day will be Saturday.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Harvey Jantz. Harvey, 85, died Wednesday evening. Services were held Monday morning at Lone Tree Church, near Canton. Harvey and Madeline lived in this community many years before moving near their daughter, Janelle Unruh, north of Moundridge.

Obed and Violet Jantz of New Plymouth, Idaho, came for the Jantz memorial and are spending time with their sister and husband, Lela and Harry Wedel. Another brother, Willard Jantz and son, Lonnie and Paulette Jantz of Atwater and Livingston also attended the services. The extended family of Harry and Amanda Wedel gathered Monday evening for a basket supper and visit with out-of-state relatives.

Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family went Sunday evening to Moundridge for the Harvey Jantz viewing, to visit Sharon Koehn and new baby, and visit Grandma Wiebe at Moundridge Manor.

Mark and Kris Wiebe and family, Greg and Charlene Wedel and Cadon, and school teachers were Sunday dinner guests of Terry and Barb Hiebert.

Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Ken and Sandy Wiebe, and Henry Redger were Sunday evening guests at the home of the Richard Wiebes.
