Two residents' birthdays were celebrated Monday with small table-size cakes created for Helen Thiessen and Hattie Conner.
The residents enjoyed ice cream bars Thursday as they watched the video "Lost in the Barrens."
Friday afternoon bingo games were called by Mariann Unruh. Rosalie Suderman was the black-out winner. All participants received a banana for participating. The weekend trivia paper created by Rosemary Freeman was delivered to all residents.
Saturday morning, Parkside was treated to a wonderful program by the Salem Singers from Salem, Ore.
The First Mennonite Church brought the worship program Sunday afternoon.
Gene Vinduska will present a great program of music at 7 p.m. July 15.
