Parkside Homes: Kliewers lead Sunday School

The Resident Council met Monday and elected new hall representatives for 2003.
Care plans were Tuesday morning. Kaethe Warkentin, Ben Ewert, and Art Wiebe were the winners of the domino games played with volunteers in the afternoon. Melaney and Rochelle Scott brought their pet rabbit to visit with residents.
John Ratzlaff led the Wednesday Bible class. Vanilla ice cream was served after Bible class.
Peggy Brandt wsith Carla Koslowsky led Thursday's hymn sing. The November birthday party was held in the afternoon. Residents fashioned turkeys out of cookies and candy and enjoyed cake and ice cream for the party. The evening program given by Herington's band of "AH's" was enjoyed by the residents.
Gladys Agner was the blackout winner of the bingo games called by Maryann Unruh. The weekend quiz was handed out Friday afternoon.
Saturday afternoon popcorn was served. Glen and Susie Kliewer led the Sunday school class on Sunday morning. The Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church gave the afternoon worship service.
Exercises with Teresa and Kaffee Haus were daily. The Read the Bible Through in 2002 group is reading the book of Acts this week.
