Parkside Homes: Noriega entertains residents

On Monday afternoon, the residents were out on the patio shucking corn. They enjoyed eating them later in the week.

LeOra Grunau played the organ concert on Tuesday, and the domino games were played in the afternoon. Helen Jane Klassen, Rosalie Suderman, Dave Classen, and Ben Ewert were winners of the games. In the evening, Ralph Noriega played the guitar concert.

Roy Keller led the Bible class on Wednesday from Revelation 1 on "God's revelation to man." The ice cream day flavor was chocolate.

Edith Dougherty from New York played piano, and Helen Schmidt led the hymn sing on Thursday morning. Mabel Suderman led the devotional. Celia Gross played the organ concert, and the Morning Star Youth gave the evening program.

No bread was baked for Brot Tag Day. Rosalie Suderman was the winner of the Bingo played on Friday afternoon. The weekend quiz topic was fairs.

Saturday afternoon popcorn was served, and Kaethe Warkentin led the Sunday school on Sunday morning. Trinity Mennonite led the afternoon worship service. Trista Hanley was hostess.
