Residents gathered Monday for one of the final resident councils of the whole group. From now on they will be held in the individual households. We were given instructions by Judy Wineland concerning the open house that was held Sunday.
Peggy brought the 4 p.m. music hour Monday.
Madelyn Vogel read to fellow residents Tuesday at the afternoon book club. The domino players were invited to Tuesday afternoon games and shared cookies and coffee.
Everyone enjoyed fresh donut holes and coffee Wednesday morning. Pastor Tim Kliewer brought the afternoon devotional. Chocolate ice cream was served after the meeting. Vida Bartel brought the afternoon music. Rafael Noriega and his guitar joined us for an evening of praise music.
The weekly hymn group met at 11 a.m. Thursday. A sharing circle was held outside that afternoon. The topic was "summertime activities."
We had share and show time Friday and we shared items and stories that make up our lives. Bingo games were played. Everyone enjoyed getting a banana after the games.
