Monday afternoon, the residents played the candy game. They were able to win a fresh supply of hard candies for their rooms.

Tuesday, the domino groups gathered around the tables for an afternoon of games and a snack of donuts and coffee.

Roy Keller taught the Bible class, and a birthday party for Helen Seibel was held after Bible class. We enjoyed ice cream and cake brought by Helen's family. Many guests joined us to help Helen celebrate 99 years young.

Thursday afternoon, we celebrated National Pie Day by tasting a number of kinds of pizza pies, topping the afternoon off with cherry dessert pizza. The Band of Ah's gave the Thursday evening program.

Friday was Backward Day, and hats, badges, shirts, and other things were worn backward or inside out. Bingo games called by Mariann Unruh were played by a room full of residents in the afternoon. Bananas were given to all the bingo participants.

Afternoon popcorn was served on Saturday. On Sunday morning, the Kliewer's taught the Sunday school class. The United Methodist Church gave the afternoon worship service.

Exercises and Kaffee Haus were daily, and the "God's Words for Me" Bible reading group is deep into Exodus this week.
