Paul Hiebert
Paul E. Hiebert of Hillsboro, 79, died March 24, 2002, at Parkside Homes, Inc. in Hillsboro.
Born July 31, 1922, at rural Hillsboro, he was the son of Henry G. and Margaret (Ensz) Hiebert.
On Nov. 20, 1949, at Galva, he married Lucille Koehn. She died in 2001.
He was a farmer and a member of Alexanderfeld Mennonite Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Hiebert.
Survivors include sons, Allen Hiebert of Ottawa, Jerry Hiebert of Canton, Ray Hiebert of Hillsboro; daughter, Elaine Unruh of Greensburg; brothers, Lloyd of Mecon, Miss., Norman of Iroquois, S.D., Donald of Yale, S.D., James of rural Hillsboro, and Van of Louisville, Ga.; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services were held Wednesday at Alexanderfeld Mennonite Church in rural Hillsboro with ministers, Orlin Ensz and Gordon Koehn officiating. Burial was at the church cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with Alexanderfeld Mennonite Church.
