Pauline Wegerer
Pauline Wegerer, 88, Marion, died March 1, 2008, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Oct. 28, 1919, at Peabody, she was the daughter of John and Mary (Eberle) Patry.
She attended Ridge country school and Peabody High School.
On April 11, 1945, she married Robert Wegerer at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in the Spring Branch community.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Carmen "Bob" Wegerer and Raymond Wegerer; and two brothers, Ed and Albert Patry.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Lou and Judy Wegerer of Marion; daughter-in-law, Karen Wegerer of Colwich; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark Catholic Church, Holy Family Parish, Marion. The funeral Mass will follow at 10:30.
Burial will be in Marion Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.
A memorial fund has been established for the Priest Retirement Education Fund (Seminarians) with the Wichita Catholic Diocese.
