Police investigate one accident

On Aug. 25, Hillsboro Police Officer Chad Funk responded to a motor vehicle accident on Ash Street. Bobby Patterson, Jr. of Hillsboro, driving a 1991 Chevy 1500 pickup, was north bound on Ash Street. Tyler L. Grantham, driving a 1997 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup, disobeyed the stop sign at Ash and drove in front of the Patterson vehicle. The Patterson vehicle collided with the Grantham vehicle. No injuries were reported.
