Richard Reimer
Richard "Rich" A. Reimer, 82, of rural Canton, died Nov. 28, 2007, at Memorial Home, Moundridge.
Born March 18, 1925, at Goessel, he was the son of Henry and Susie (Loewen) Reimer.
On Sept. 9, 1951, he married Evelyn Barton at Goessel.
He was a farmer and DeKalb seed dealer and member of Goessel Mennonite Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn of rural Canton; son, Jim Reimer of rural Canton; daughter, Nancy Bauman of Moumelle, Ark.; brother, Wilbert Reimer of Apache Junction, Ariz.; sister, Elsie Unruh of Goessel; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at Goessel Mennonite Church with Pastor Mike Hiebert officiating. Burial was in Goessel Mennonite Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with the church.
