Celia Gross spent three weeks in Sioux, S.D., with her sister, Ida Gross, and other family friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Winter hosted a belated Christmas dinner for the Mueller family on Sunday. Family there were Edna Mueller, Art and Betty Mueller, all of Tampa; Paula Fike of Ramona; Richard and Doris Ott from Golden, Mo.; Lawrence and Ruth Mueller of Viola; and Agnes Steinert of Hillsboro.
Malvina and Brittani Heinrichs from Tulsa, Okla., were weekend guests at the home of Malvin and Darlene Schmidt. Additional Saturday guest was Jerry Schmidt of Salina and in the evening was Wilma Schmidt of Hillsboro.
Judy Penner spent the week from Dec. 29 to Jan. 2 at Syracuse as a house guest of Dan and Joy Lane. While there, she visited her parents, Ernest and Frances Wright.
Socco and Willabeth Gonzales from Newton were Sunday guests at the Bill Meier home.
Paul and Arlene Pankratz were Monday evening supper guests at the Tim Dieners to celebrate Marissa's 17th birthday.
