Attending the 80th birthday celebration for Jake Koslowsky on Saturday, Jan. 17, were Pete and Leona Koslowsky, Mary Seibel, Warren and Ruby Dalke, Lowell and Eleanor Jost, all of Hillsboro, and Theodora and Harry Koslowsky of Marion. They joined other family and friends for supper followed by cake and punch at the Benton Antique Mall.
Oliver and Frances Unruh met their family, Sydney and Irma Unruh and Brandon, and a friend and Steve and Sarah Shaw, all of Newton, at the China Inn in Newton for a belated Christmas dinner.
On Tuesday, Paul and Arlene Pankratz visited Jay and Luella Burkhart and Elmer and Dorothy Seibel in Newton. The Seibels have just moved to Kidron Village from Wichita.
Mary Lancaster met her son, Dirk, of Lindsborg for lunch in the afternoon on Monday in McPherson.
Jessie Ollenburger of Wichita and Gerald Ollenburger and Neil of Hillsboro were Sunday dinner guests of Wayne and Carol Ollenburger.
Aidan Zimmerman, Don and Connie Isaac's 11-month-old grandson, from St. Joseph, Mo., spent Saturday night with them. Aidan's parents are Lance and Christy Zimmerman.
Duane and Shirley Hamm spent Friday with their daughter, Janet Christiansen, and her husband Albert, and the children in Wichita.
