Wilbur Hanneman was a Sunday supper guest at the Oliver Unruhs.

Bernice McDowell was an Easter weekend guest at the home of Brian and Shirley Lewis in Wichita.

Paul Jantzen was the honored guest at a celebration for his 80th birthday Saturday evening at the Hillsboro city building. Their daughters, Lisa and husband Tim Donahue of Lincolnville and Kris Meyerson and family of Houston, Texas, planned the celebration. There were approximately 40 guests.

Jason and Rachel Mohn and family spent a week in Florida visiting their grandparents, Douglas and Betty Clark. They also spent one day at Disneyworld.

Chris and Laurie Lancaster of Kansas City were weekend guests at the Dave Lancasters.

Mary Seibel of Hillsboro and her son, Gene Seibel of Edwardsville, Ill., flew to Montana to attend funeral services for Mary's sister, Lena Toavs, 96. En route home they stopped at Gene and Sue's home in Edwardsville, Ill. On Sunday they drove to Springfield, Mo., and spent some time with Mary's granddaughter and husband, Matt and Becca Sipe. There they met Eleanor Jost, Karis, Amber, Logan, and Lexie and Mary returned to Hillsboro with them.

Ruth Poppe of Clay Center visited at the Oliver Mohns Sunday afternoon.

Ken Koslowsky was the guest of honor Saturday evening at a surprise birthday celebration at Olde Towne. Approximately 40 family and friends enjoyed a birthday dinner with him. Their daughter, Diane from Lawrence was one of the guests.
