Kim Miller of Battle Ground, Wash., spent from Tuesday to Friday with his parents, Duwane and Jane Miller. Pearl Koch was an additional Tuesday dinner guest. Edie Ollenburger joined them Wednesday for dinner.
Wilbur and Florence Hett were recent visitors at the home of LaDell Riffel, rural Enterprise.
Hope Valley School sponsored a benefit supper and program Friday evening at the senior center. About 200 people attended.
Amanda Steiner of Marion, Ms. Wheelchair Kansas, gave a presentation on handicap parking at Parkside Homes Sunday afternoon. Beryl attended her granddaughter's presentation.
Frances Unruh and Beverly Elliott attended a birthday party Sunday afternoon for Beverly's grandson, Marcus Mull's 12th birthday. The party was held at the home of Tony and Lynette Mull at Newton.
Norman and Dot Ensz attended the spring music concert Friday at Maize High School. Their granddaughters, Stephanie and Staci Ens, daughters of Terry and Joni Ens, were participants.
Family coming from a distance to attend Pete Koslowsky's funeral services were Ron and Etta Olfert of Frazer, Mont.; Gerry and Jeanne Tofte of Kerkhaven, Minn.; Mel and Donna Koslowsky of Ashburn, Va.; Jackie and Tim Koslowsky of Casper, Wyo.; and Chad Williams of Seattle, Wash.
