Tim Diener was the honored guest Saturday evening at the Paul Pankratz home to celebrate his birthday. Guests were Tim, Donna, and Marissa Diener, Kent and Emily Nichols of Hesston, and Ken Pankratz of Durham. They enjoyed ice cream and cake.

Oliver and Frances Unruh spent from Friday to Monday at the Lawrence Unruh home at Fairview, Okla. They attended a graduation and farewell for their great-nephew who is joining the Marines.

Darlene Poulson of LeMars, Iowa, spent two weeks with Wayne and Carol Ollenburger and other family and friends. Her daughter and family. Gale and Donna Rasmusen and Samantha, also of LeMars, were here Monday to attend Elma Klein's memorial services.
Malvina Heinricks and Brittany of Broken Arrow, Okla., spent a week with Malvin and Darlene Schmidt. While here, the Schmidts, their guests, and Leroy Schmidt of McPherson had dinner with Jerry Schmidt at Salina.
Malvin and Darlene were Sunday afternoon and dinner guests of John and Alma Rempel at Salem Home. The Rempels celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. Other guests were Emmanual and Evelyn Schmidt and Terry and Margaret Elliott of Wichita and John and Cindy Baize and Sarah Bennett and Jude of Hillsboro.
